Python | Pandas tseries.offsets.CustomBusinessDay.kwds

DateOffsets can be created to move dates by a specified number of valid dates. For example, Bday (2) can be added to a date to move it two business days forward. If the date does not start with a valid date, it is first moved to a valid date and then an offset is generated.

tseries.offsets.CustomBusinessDay.kwds Pandas tseries.offsets.CustomBusinessDay.kwds returns the keyword argument applied to this offset object.

Syntax: pandas.tseries.offsets.CustomBusinessDay.kwds

Parameter: None

Returns: keyword argument

Example # 1: Use the pandas.tseries.offsets.CustomBusinessDay.kwds attribute to return the keyword argument applied to this offset object.

ts = pd.Timestamp ( ’2019-4-23 11: 15: 00’ )

Now we will add an offset to this a timestamp object to increment the datetime value. We’ll also print out the argument keyword applied to the given offset object.

new_timestamp = ts + cbd

 
# Print updated tag time

print (new_timestamp)

 
# find the keyword argument applied to
# given offset

result = cbd.kwds

 
  # print the result

print (result)

Output:

As we can see in the output, we have successfully created an offset and added it to the given timestamp. We also printed the keyword argument applied to the given offset object.
