  # Python | Numpy matrix.conj ()

NumPy | Python Methods and Functions

Using the ` Numpy matrix.conj () ` method we can find the conjugation of a given matrix that has one or more dimensions.

Syntax: `matrix.conj()`

Return: Return conjugate of given matrix

Example # 1:
In this example we can see that ` matrix.conj () ` used for matrix conjugation. Remember that the inline matrix type does not work here.

 ` # import important module into python ` ` import ` ` numpy as np ` ` `  ` # make an array with NumPy ` ` gfg ` ` = ` ` np.matrix (` ` `[1 + 2j, 2 + 3j]` ` `) `   ` # using the matrix.conj () method ` ` geeks ` ` = ` ` gfg.conj () `   ` print ` ` (geeks) `

Exit od:

` [[1.-2.j 2.-3.j]] `

Example # 2:

 ` # import important module in python ` ` import ` ` numpy as np ` ` `  ` # make an array with NumPy `` gfg = np.matrix ( `[1 + 2j, 2 + 3j, 3-2j; 1-4j, 2-3j, 7 + 8j] ` )    # using the matrix.conj () method geeks = gfg.conj ()    print (geeks) `

Exit:

` [[1.-2.j 2.-3.j 3. + 2.j] [1. + 4.j 2. + 3.j 7.-8.j]] `
