Syntax :
strval ($variable)
Parameter : This function takes one parameter
$variable. This parameter represents the value that we want to convert to a string
Return value : This function returns a string. This string is generated by typing the value of the variable passed to it as a parameter.The programs below illustrate the strval() function.
Program 1 :
$var_name = 32.360;
// prints the value of the above variable
// as string echo strval ( $var_name );
?> Output:32.36
Program 2 : class engineerforengineer { public function __ toString() { // returns the class name return __ CLASS__ ; } }
// prints the name of the above class as
