Logitech has announced the Logitech Chorus headphones for the Meta* Quest 2 virtual reality headset. The company says the device delivers "immersive and ultra-realistic sound."

The Logitech Chorus Headphones attach to your VR headset and are compatible with standard and Elite headbands. The cups of the device can be rotated for a more comfortable fit. It is important to note that the design of the headphones is open overhead, and they do not fit tightly to the ears. Weigh Logitech Chorus 182 grams.

Headphones are connected using the standard USB Type-C port in Quest 2. At the same time, there is support for pass-through, which allows you to connect headphones and simultaneously charge a VR headset. You can also connect additional accessories. Volume control is implemented using the built-in Quest 2 functions. If you lift the cups up, the sound is automatically turned off.

The company said that Chorus drivers are specifically tuned for VR entertainment. Experts also note that the design is not well thought out and extraneous sounds can interfere with the user, and the user himself - with others. Logitech Chorus will retail for $99.
