The Android developer has decided to refine the algorithm by which apps published on the Google Store are rated. The system will now detect the user's device type and show a rating based on this.

For example, a game might look and work well on a tablet, but not on a smartphone. This will now be taken into account.
The app's rating will also depend on the region. This means that if the app is more useful, as an example, for Germany, and the user himself is in Germany, he will see a higher rating.
At the same time, Google will not show feedback regarding the app's performance on a particular device. In other words, apps that work better on flagship smartphones than on budget smartphones will still receive a low rating from owners of inexpensive smartphones.
